Why milk of a Cow is better than buffalo ?

In humans, the average body temperature is 37.0 °C which is equal to (98.6 °F).
The melting point of a Fat from Buffalo milk is 39.0 °C =(102.2°F)
But The melting point of a Fat from Desi Cow milk is Just 37.0 °C =(98.6 °F)

Conclusion : If a person drink Desi Cow milk then Fat get digested completely at normal body Temperature. But if same man drinks Buffalo milk then he needs to raise his body temperature to 102.2°F to digest it completely, which is not possible until person get suffering from high fever.
